Now ladies, I am all for us styling and profiling in our various outfits but let's face it plus sized beauties, sometimes we need a little help to complete our look. 

Shapewear can slim and shape the body in a matter of minutes. Just as we all have differing areas that may need some assistance shapewear is available for the top, mid-section, bottom and full body. Over the years they have become quite sexy too.

So I've been assisting my girlfriend- who is plus sized by the way, with selecting a wedding dress for her upcoming nuptials in February of next year. I was simply amazed by the beautiful wedding gowns available online and locally for plus sized brides.

Yes, wearing black is slimming but colors are so much fun!

In the past three years I have moved from an almost religiously black wearing plus sized lady to one that loves to wear bright and beautiful colors. For those of you not ready to jump in with both feet you can start off by adding a colorful scarf to your favorite black dress or maybe a neon pair of pumps with that black jumpsuit. Trust me once you try it you will never go back to just basic black again.

Stop! Who says you can't wear white???

So we've been brainwashed to believe that we should run the other way when it comes to wearing white clothing. The basic understanding is that wearing white will add a few pounds to the plus sized body. Well the ladies below tell a different story-they wear white and wear it well.
